On 16th of March 2012 at Espoo, Finland. It was a wet and moist day. Some of the snow covering the land had melted. Deep puddles of water had emerged in the tire tracks of cars. But there was a mission. To plugin a server to a undisclosed data center. Hoisting a PowerEdge 2800 tower model over the parking lot. After this everything was a breeze as planned in the setup of the main machine. We had Internet connectivity for the beast that could run all the virtual machines one would need. This was the dawn of a new era. So was born the mighty VNet.
Five months later we where ready to take a new step forth. To boldly advertise with no disclosure what this corner of the Internet is used for. So a beta version of this site was enrolled. This page is for news about, information on, contacting, getting involved with and commenting the VNet organization. As such it remains a open window for the Internet community to pry what is happening in this steel encased wiring of connections.
